ARROWS not hitting target

will inFahlbtharz and the soul cairn my ARROWS will kill anamated targets . the arrows will not hit non anamated targets

Like the Kendrick resonators

Are your arrows hitting them on the white target on the arms?

I can kill living things it's the non anamated targets I am not hitting
