What's the current favorite that's up to date version-wise? Looking for something that will cover environmental stuff like the cold requiring warm clothing, as well as something requiring sleep, eating, and drinking water. The mod I was considering using several years ago hasn't been updated since 2012, so I have to assume new versions, DLC, and newer mods have left it behind in the compatibility race.

Uh.... Requiem probably. I don't know for positive - 'cause I don't play games to have realism. I get that in real life thanks.
