In Vault 3 when you go and save the Ranger he asks for a Doctor's Bag. When you ask to look at his leg the bag disappears, but he isn't healed yet and asks for more.

Also TWICE I have got a message saying DLC can't be loaded. I say continue and it says cannot load from hard drive. I have tried other games with the hard drive and it works fine. Please look into this because collectively I have lost 16 hours of time playing the game because my saves wouldn't load. I am a huge fan of Bethesda and Fallout, please fix these issues as quickly as possible.
