So...Is it Safe? : Fallout: New Vegas

Thank God for the NFL Draft which has kept me busy and away from all the problems the past few days.
Now I'm just curious, if it is 100% safe now to load up NV the next time I wanna play..
I've heard a few posters say it was-but-and no offense fellas- but that isn't official to me.
Just looking for something official that says it's ALL fixed up.

New 360 update is now available for the English version of the game, and with it, your saves should now load properly.

When other versions become available, we'll let you know.
