While doing the tutorial quest, after a few easy fights, Cheyenne's eyes fell out and were floating beside his head.

I paid $130 from EB Games here in Australia. I got a little comic book and some cool casino chips all in a fancy thick cardboard box.... So i assume becuase of the extra cost either the cardboard box is lined with gold, or the casino chips are real.

There are / were two or three deluxe levels being sold to attract collectors who aren't actual gamers to buy the game for collecting purposes. I suppose you got one of those. As screwy as the US economy has been, I can't imagine a currency exchange rate so high as you suggest.

vault 32 has a lot of holes in the floor that players and NPC's are falling in. Also prone to scripting errors on the passwords but thats off topic

Restart Steam. It will update your game with the latest patch and you wont have this issue. Please read stickies.
