Hey,
I have been looking for Ambassador Crocker because I believe he might have something to do with The House Always Wins, Part V and negotiating with the Brotherhood. However, I have been through the entire embassy multiple times and he does not appear to be there. Moreover, when I attempted to call up his reference ID to teleport him to me, nothing happened.

Has anyone been able to find him, and if so, can you provide a Ref ID?
