I killed benny got the chip but didn't give it to mr house. I went to the fort so I could leave right away (mission for Arcade) however it wouldnt let me fast travel out of the place so I had to use the platinum chip to open the door in the weather station. I went down their and came back out and told the guy I need some stuff first and he let me leave. I go back their later so I can use it somehow to kill mr house but when I come back it's gone.
I checked benny's corpse, caesar's corps, the computer I put it into and it no where plus the door it opened before is locked shut again, this prevents me from completing the game and i will have to restart if I can't find it.
