» Thu Dec 16, 2010 3:14 am i finished come fly with me and hit level 8. then i fast traveled to novac to talk to the npc responsible for progressing the main mission (don't want to spoil anything). i went through the gift shop and out to the dinosaurs mouth, but the game froze and i got a graphical error. i pressed start and the menu popped up, when i closed it everything was fine.
afterwords i went downstairs into the dinosaur gift shop and talked to the shopkeeper about the collectible rockets for [censored] and giggles. i then closed the conversation and saved and opened conversation again, offering to buy all of them. the merchant did his usual speech (no speech checks were used) but i didn't receive a key. i then questioned what really happened there to myself and tried loading my past save, only to find a message stating some things wouldn't be loaded due to downloadable content, and when i pressed yes it said the hard drive wasn't there.
something went wrong here, between going down into the gift shop and asking the shopkeeper about this and all files saved related to this problem would not load. the file where i talk to the npc to start the cutscene for come fly with me is fine. (in the underground facility, again trying not to list spoilers)
i can give as much information as you like and that i can remember, including all of my special stats, what weapons i was holding and other things i may have done prior if it helps make this bug repeatable.. but honestly, i'm not a bug tester lol.
