So Vegas now requires a KEY?

When I try and enter into Vegas, it requires a KEY. Yes a KEY. I try to talk to the robots, they say "Move Along." What do I do? I cleared my cache and it made Nellis stop freezing but now Vegas needs a KEY.

You could try clearing the cache and then choosing not to re-install the update, and then see if you can get in. This worked for me when there was an abandoned BoS safe house that I knew before required no key, I cleared the Cache, chose not to install the update, got what I wanted, left and then installed it.

Try this at your own risk however.

an annoying bug to be sure. I believe one way around it is to pick pocket one of the robots for a key. Another solution is to kill one of them for the key.

yes another bug lol, this svcks because this game would be super uber if there wasn't as many bugs. it is still good just not as good as it could be. BTW i would pull a jack move on the robots key before i kill him hahah.

Figuring out ways around glitches has always been a part of playing Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and now Fallout New Vegas. If that is not a part of your skill set you're gonna have a tough time because Obsidian wasn't familiar with Bethesda's engine and they've outdone themselves with the amount of glitches in this one. The only glitches that really irk me are game breaking glitches like the DLC missing glitch that ruins all your saves. You can't play around that.
