I've killed both the Bosses and went back to Moore. She told me to get rid of Mr. House, but I have no clue how to do that. I'm in the Lucky 38 and I don't know where to go. Can someone help me, please?

You have to talk to Mr. House (assuming you have the chip from Benny - if not then you will need it to progress further). Then you have some decisions to make regarding how the main plot moves forward. After talking to Mr. House you then might want to take a peek at the computer to your left on the far wall - but beware said action will be considered hostile!
