You would expect to find them under Items somewhere, but they're not there. They're actually under Game Effects -> Ingestible

No there you only find the water that is in bottles, i want to locate the water that is in sinks, bathtubs, lakes and other water locations.

That's an engine item as far as I know. If you're in hardcoe mode it won't heal you, then it's a display bug.

If you're not in hardcoe mode, then I believe it's a global setting, but I'm not 100% positive.

Activators like sinks have references to a water type. Water types have references to an actor effect. The actor effect is where the healing is.

Under Actor Effects. Look for "WaterTypeHeal"...there are six listed I believe (Pure, Good, Average, Bad, Terrible, and Lethal). This should remove healing from hydrants, lakes, etc. It won't remove it from bottles or other ingestibles however.

I've been playing around with it for a personal hardcoe mode. Making the waters around New Vegas a bit less "pure" and less refreshing.

Still trying to figure out how to attach an effect that fires a script that has a random chance of making you briefly sick if you drink from the level 4 or 5 waters. (And I still need to adjust toilets... downward... far downward... on the healthy scale.)

The difference between water in hardcoe vs regular.

Regular - you get the 30hp (or whatever) immediately.
hardcoe - It's usually something like 5hp every second for 6 seconds.

(Which holds true for a lot of things in hardcoe vs regular, there's a lot more heal over time setups.)
