I've been looking through the armor and clothing mods that have been brought out for FO3 and NV, and I've been seeing nothing but skimpy shredded girl outfits for Type3, Bikinis and Maids for Type3, Recoloured General Overcoats, and finally, SWAT themed outfits.

Did I just not see the mod? Cause I'm so suprised that there havent been more varied clothing or armor from the modders.

Yeah, female underware has always been the largest armor genre in Beth games it seems.
And modern army/swat type armor usualy come in second, with the Fallout games at least.
Each to their own ofc, but I'm dissapointed in the lack of armor that fits with the games theme.

Btw, when you use them with the pipboy readius mod the arm goes invisible as if the Pipboy 3000 is still on but invisible. Is that a setting in your mod or is it a problem with Readius?

I might release that retex soon, I've got permissions sorted, just need to sort out some things with it.

What you've gotta do is bind the clothes to a key and then put them on outside of the Pipboy menu.

Female-only stuff should be highlighted green so I can not waste my time

I'm sure there are plenty of modders who don't release their stuff, like me , who don't do hentai, but rather mix and match meshes to come up with unique outfits.
