You can kill them at outposts, or you can pick them up off the dead on the final mission. Doing the second one is the easiest but you've already passed the point of no return. Other then those I have no ideas.

o you can do ncr can get to where ncr president comes to talk and try can kill all the rangers but your at ncr HQ at hoover dam so u mite get away with it lol maybe bliviongate:
