Wal-Mart Coaster Preorder? : Fallout: New Vegas

OK, I've been to three local Walmarts, and none of them have this Pre-order special with the Coasters. Anyone know anything about it? Are they behind the counter or something? Help! Must-have for the Fallout Shrine!

a hell lot of people are getting are getting the game in the UK

1. You're asking the wrong people. The pre-order stuff is between Bethesda Softworks and the retailer.

2. I haven't seen any pre-order stuff worth getting too excited about missing out on. :shrug:

Meh...to each their own. I don't see any of those "packs" as anything important or memorable, but I guess that's me.

for one, they are indeed a K-MART exclusive and for two, i haven't heard whether or not they'll be doing this promo outside the US. i got mine on sunday but it was an adventure . KMart has the most worthless employees i've ever encountered.

Good luck, i hope you can find a box cause they are some pretty sweet coasters :wink_smile:

Yes, they are only available at K Mart. Walmart has a different promotion. And Pre Ordering from K Mart is its own post apocalyptic adventure, Make sure to bring along some stimpacks and something beefier than a 10MM.

LOL how true. K Mart is like a ghetto version of Walmart where all of the products "fell off the truck" and where all of the cans are dented. I don't go into K Mart without being strapped, its like a slightly cleaner version of the Super Duper Mart.

#1: you all seem to misunderstand what I was asking... I wanted to know how to get the Coasters, I've already pre-ordered at Amazon, I wasn't in a hurry to pre-order the actual game at Walmart, I just wanted to get the coasters..

#2: a few of you actually answered my question; it is, in fact, K-Mart, not Wal-Mart... mystery solved. Now to see if there's a K-mart in my area... =)

but all you have to do is go into the videogame section,see if they have a FONV pre-order box in that section (the coasters are shown on the back of the pre-order box, if they're NOT shown then it is not the pre-order box you are looking for) if not ask at a cashier or manager or someone that could possibly help. mabey they'll have it behind the counter or in the back room,who knows its KMART for God's sake.

if you cant find one or they cant find one for you,call around to other KMarts,if that doesnt work you could try searching KMart's website and if all else fails...Ebay?

Anyway, once I finally realized it was K-Mart and NOT Wal-Mart, I visited the nearest one and lo and behold... a whole display FULL of them! So I picked up two; one for the 'ol Fallout shrine and one for eBay... =D
