I made this topic in General Discussion, it never found its feet unfortunately.

It seems that Bethesda have for some reason have put in the other provinces of tamriel. It is easily accessible by no clip, this person has screenshots of red mountain, gold tower and claims that there are more than just those provinces.

My question is why did Bethesda put this in? Is it a placeholder for DLC? Why go through the effort?

Anyway this is a great possibility for modders. The geography is near perfect to what it should be, It will make it easier for modders to get into it.
