Ps3 crashing : V - Skyrim

this has happened to me a number of times as well the last two days. the only thing that i can figure that is different is i seem to be getting farther into quests that can't/won't finish. an example is i gave the drum, flute, and lute to who i was supposed to, but they are still in my inventory. oh yeah, and i now have 5 1/2 louis letrush', as opposed to 3 1/2.

Is anyone else having the same problem as me? My game is now crashing my ps3 all together now. I wait a couple hours in game till it night time and it freezes afterwords which forces me to shut off ps3. After turning my ps3 back on it tells me the ps3 there has been possible file corruption and needs to check and restore. The problems of this game have escalated beyond belief.

My game crashed 4 times last night. The game is 100% unplayable now due to lag and crashes. I'm scared to put the disk back in as I do not want to damage my PS3 by being forced to continually "hard-kill" the system.
