Well, the answer is because until now I didn't know it was any different (It's technically 6 working days, but that can quickly become two weeks) and also because I have no way of keeping track of advancements and it takes me ages to catch up. It's why I have a phone that dates from the middle of the Bush administration and an online banking system that apparently only half works.
