Some people feel the the need to OP themselves untill they can slay the Nine Divines without batting an eyelid. It's ridiculous.

There is no thing as being "OP" first of all. And I paid 60 for the game you can't tell me what to do. I lost a max level character, my first ever one due to my ps3 breaking and IT HAD A COPYRIGHT! I got a new ps3 and loaded it up a copy it says " YOU CANNOT SAVE YOU DO NOT OWN THIS FILE" Yep WTF I do own this file! I have no idea wtf they where thinking.... Those are my REASONS

We're not telling you what to do, we're merely discussing the fact that some people enjoy making the game so easy its not a challenge and how that is not a enjoyable way to play, and is pretty pointless to do.

Sort of get where the OP is coming from, honestly. I'm on PS3 and I wish I stopped at that sweet spot around 1.4...most of the bugs were fixed, performance was optimal. Ever since, installing each subsequent patch has made the game run decidedly worse. Why would Bethesda release a patch that makes their game perform worse? I find it baffling.

But I love the game so I still play.

...unless you enjoy it that way, is what you meant to say.

Right?

why would Bethesda release an unfinished game, more like....just think, you wouldn't even need to downland any patches..

The amount of QA time Beth put into PS3 Skyrim is...questionable...but it stands to reason that any game as large and complex as Skyrim is going to have problems. I just wish they paid a bit more attention to the patches they released after screwing up so royally on release.

The way i see it, if a developer puts the game on the shelf for people to buy, that's it. The shouldn't be a need for patching, it's great that technology can allow developers to tweak and enhance the game with patches, but they really should of taken a few more months to check for bugs and stuff before release.

That's surprising. Without patches, my save file would bloat to over 12MB, freeze every few minutes, and experience framerates in the single digits. Beth released enough patches to fix it, but since they fixed it they seme intent on releasing new problems that weren't there before...
