I went the light armor smithing route since my character is a thief, thinking I'd be able to get dragon armor and then continue on to Daedric to craft weapons. Needles to say I was quite angry when I was not able to do so. Is this just currently glitched, since they are connected, and if it is will it be fixed soon? I'd rather not spend four more skills in smithing just to craft daedric weapons. Also, if it's not glitched it really needs to be patched so that the perks are not connected. That's incredibly misleading.
