Around Forsworn camps I kept seeing what turned out to be Spriggen heads on pikes. I thought they were cool masks you could find, until I finally killed a Spriggen and noticed it was one of their heads.

Their heads are completely hollow, and look like masks. I was wondering if there was a way to make a wearable item out of their head.
