Anyone get this problem like every 10 seconds my game would stutter as the game loads the next set of area when im traveling on my horse. Would an SSD fix this or is it not a harddrive problem?

I'm using an SSD and I do see the odd stutter, very rare though, most of the time it's gloriously smooth for a Bethesda game, apart from the FPS issue in cities...
