A mod dedicated to a single land-mark?

I presume your talking about the one in the far north, near the ocean's edge... TBH just fast travel to one of the locations near it and run to it, Skyrim is so small, you can horseback the entire game map in under 20 minutes I think.

There are several shrines to Talos in the gameworld. Some are less obvious than others, but the ones I found could be travelled to quite easily as they had another marker very close by ;)

There's a shrine to Talos sitting out in the open in Whiterun. It's right beneath his big statue, right in front of the palace (Dragonsreach), which has its own map marker.

What about a less location-specific mod that lets players add (and remove) custom POI's to the map? There's a number of places that are functional or useful ingame (a number of shrines, cabins, camps, etc) that don't have a map flag associated with them, plus quite a few spots that are just plain scenic and nice to visit every now and then
