I didn't say they paid you now did I? You'd probably shill for free. Anyway.... that's great you have no problems, my wife has no problems playing it on her PC, my nephew has no problem playing it on his Xbox360. But if you look up, no not at your ceiling, at these forums, you'll notice a lot of people having nearly the same problems. So go blame it on faulty disk or we play 8 hours a day (Actually I've put in 11 hours since I got the game Friday) just do me a favor, when your game starts to lag, just grin and bare it. Cause I didn't think mine was and I am sure lots of people thought that too... but it'll happen...

You're becoming really anoying Jonathan, why do you bother with other people if your game works fine??? I probably wouldn't even registered here if mine works fine, i would be playing it, not writing meaningless posts that aren't helping any of us with issues.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for making an absolutely amazing game, beautifully crafted and excellent fun to play.

I have the PS3 version, my daughter and myself have been playing it since its release day. we can't put it down!
We have had no major problems with the game at all, no framerate drops or crashes.
I understand that a few people are having problems with game on the PS3, and your producing a patch, I hope you can manage to work some magic to help them out.

I am a software developer myself and also help out on a software support line, so I can really sympathise with you guys at the moment.
Getting threats and abuse from people that are obviously frustrated, but just too stupid or impatient to be polite.
Remember it's so much easier for these angry idiots to scream and shout, than politely ask for help or advice, you are better than them.
They will always blame you or the game rather than the setup they have.

We get it all the time at my place of work. i.e
I told one customer once to gently clean his keyboard as a keys seemed to be sticky.
He then submerged the keyboard in water and scrubbed it.
He was very abusive when he called back as it no longer worked at all.

Had another customer who blamed our software for his computer running slow when he was browsing porm websites.
His computer was win98 with 128mb of memory which he bought from us 11 years ago.

You can't reason with people like this. You have my full sympathy.
I'm going away from the forum now as some of the "more frustrated" people I've tried to reason with and calm down are frankly just wearing me down.

Please know that the sensible ones among us know. the game was obviously tested on the ps3, and that it isn't broken.


...and anyway I want to get back to playing this wonderful game without any problems, just as thousands of others are

You know i ran into this before with Mafia 2. Mafia 2 for ps3 was totally gimped compared to 360, everything about it was off. And they stated like Bathesda did before the game was release that "it was the exact same thing as 360" they even released pics the day before the game to show how amazing it looked. You know what we found out, they were fake bullshot pictures and we bought into it. We complained on teh fourms for false advertisemant, and then someone like you came on and did nothing but praise the game and calling us whiners and babies for complaining, you know what we found out later.....it was really a developer hiding his own skin so we wouldnt complain anymore, and did Mafia 2 ever recieve an update......No. I gave up on that game, im NOT giving up on this one
