Yeah, seems like this is like the case..

Here's a fix for you. We just tweak the graphics a bit, oh and dragons? Forget about those! It's rump-first or NOTHING... you get to keep the birds though so you can always 'pretend'. The drawing distance will be decreased as well, so watch out for waterfalls and incoming trees! Oh and always stack potions.. you'll need them when the weapon changing now takes 10 seconds. Shouldn't be a problem though as you'll only ever face one enemy at the time. The rest of the draugrs are just part of the texture.
