In the mission "In My Time of Need" if you choose to deliver Saadia to Kematu he'll go through all his blather about taking her back to thier home, but if you return to Swindler's Den, Kematu and his men are still in the cave. He remains in a state as though you're still on the quest line of convincing Saadia to go to the stables, even though you've already done that. This results in the Swindler's Den location NEVER being marked clear on the world map, and Kematu going on a permanent Swindler's Den vacation.
