I noticed with my new character that when I was waiting(whenever I ran into whiterun to speed up time for 8pm), over time, probably 20 times doing this, the blacksmith and other shops slowly began opening much later than the usual 8pm. Now they no longer open up until 1pm and close at 1am. If its just me I can deal with that and doesn't bother me, but if others are having issues, mention it here.

If a dealer opens later or not i thing it depends on the dealer...come later...or sleep some hours....or to something else....

I thing its random generated....it makes the game more real.....
