Totems of Hircine issue

They're not showing up. Ever.
I did pretty much every other quest, including purifying Vilkas and Farkas.

The UESP States:
  • You can only trigger this quest if you are still a http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Werewolf. If you have purified yourself, you are unable to do this quest.
  • I am indeed still a werewolf.
  • If Whiterun is under attack, you can not enter the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Underforge until Whiterun is back to normal. It will tell you a key is needed to enter and that it can not be lockpicked.
  • Also not an issue.
  • Aela will not give these quests while she is already an active follower, even though she gives http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Animal_Extermination_(A) quests in that state. If you want to quickly get all three totems, there are several ways to work around this:
    • Remove her as a follower when she no longer offers an Animal Extermination quest, then find her at her home, and she should offer this one.
    • Tried.
  • If Aela is in Jorrvaskr, enter the building and accept the Animal Extermination quest; afterwards, load the autosave from when you entered Jorrvaskr and she should offer the totem quests. This will have to be done for each totem quest.
  • I tried this, too. Didn't work.
?
  • If having married Aela. Ask her to return to live in her house "Jorrvaskr." Gather all leftover witch's heads and then talk to her in Jorrvaskr.
  • Tried this. Didn't work.
I also haven't started the Dawnguard questline yet, beyond the simple "Go to Fort Dawnguard".

The wiki also states that marrying her might have caused this. There's not much I can do about that now, but I've tried every fix.

Any ideas? Because having only the Howl is kind of boring. Would be nice to be able to summon some werewolves, as my perk tree states.

I`d like to hear on this also, as I`ve tried everything the OP has and I can`t get the quest either. Plus I`m not married to Aela. Some help, please!

So marriage isn't the cause? That's good to hear.
Been digging in the forums, someone said to try talking to her in the Underforge.
Tried that, too. Except I had her follow me in there. Still, nothing worked.
Is she ever there naturally? I could try the back-and-forth if I knew what time she spent there.
