Doing the Blood on the Ice quest, I had to go into the Palace of the Kings multiple times. The first time I went in I listened to the whole thing until it ended, then did the required business with the steward. Every time after that it would start again.

This obviously isn't a big deal, but was sort of annoying.

Same happened to me.
