45 minutes have I been rummaging around in Kolbjorn Barrow. There is NOTHING here. How do you get passed the dead end?

There are 4 or 5 steps in that barrow. You pay the guy, and then come out the way you came in. 3 days waiting, go back and visit him, then go back to raven rock and the messenger will show up. When you go back to him again, he will ask for more monies. Do this until he asks you to pay 5000g. That is the final step in the dungeon.

Yeah the waterwalking boots are so worth it. Also Im sure the mages will like the destruction spell ring.
