Now I know the quest required to cure vampirism but I'm finding it almost impossible. I am in the final stage of the disease so everyone now attacks me on sight. I know i have to feed on a sleeping human to revert back to stage 3 so i can cure myself, however it's almost impossible for me to sneak into any houses undetected anyone know of any good places and can help me? Also be the slim chance I am able to sneak into a house undetected even while using my vampire invisibility the person sleeping always wakes up when I enter their house. I have 28 sneak so that might be the problem. Any help is appreciated I've been trying to cure this for hours but everyone wakes up and the guards always swarm me :/

Sneak better, is all I can say. Don't "run" while sneaking. Be slow, and the housepeople should not be waking up and running at you. Should check the time, too. You may be entering their homes too late in the morning.

As for the cure itself, I have no idea.

I understand what you're saying but when i enter the house I am already in sneak mode and invisible and when I enter the house at like 2 am the wake up from their sleep and attack me as soon as i enter.

I am having a similar problem. Everywhere I go, even just CLOSE to civilization, I get attacked with extreme prejudice. Dammit, I can't get close to a sleeping body to feed...nor do I know where to find a black soul gem.

You can buy the black soul gem from Falion in Marthol but you're in the same situation as me you need to feed before he will speak with you.

I just drank a potion that cures all diseases .. Pretty easy

That potion only works if you're a stage 1 or 2 vampire. I'm stage 4

Oh well.. Lucky for me I was a stage 1 ^^

There are also temples in the big towns that have shrines which will remove diseases for free. I think Bethesda should fix the hud to indicate when you have a disease, i.e. make the health bar always stay on the screen if you've contracted something. Removing vampirism once it becomes full-blown was a huge pain in the butt in Oblivion.

Yeah, every time I get within about 50 yards of the house, the guards kick off at me! Vampirism blows.

There are plenty of farms and what not that don't have alot of people around, not to mention you can use potions and spells to help you sneak. Also, if its like Oblivion, your friends won't care if you look like a freak. Go feed on one of the Stormcloak people you helped in Riverwood, they won't bug you if your in the house since its yours technically.

There are ways to cure it i'm sure but i haven't ran into any not just yet anyways, Search up on Google. How to cure (ur stage) vampire?

Find a camp of bandits or use illusion spells. take off your cloths and sneak your way with WALKING movement if you not stealth based char

There is a cure for being a vampire its a mission called Rising at Dawn. First you need to go to Falkreath and go to the inn and ask the lady behind the desk if she has heard any rumors lately. Next you will need to go see Falion in Morthal. Talk to him and tell him you have heard he is knowledgable in vampirism and then he will tell you he knows a cure. Go get a black soul gem and fill it with a soul. He is trying to trick you so talk to him again and you can buy the gem off of him. Before you leave you also will need to buy the soul trap spell from him. Go capture a soul and meet back with him. Afterwords you will meet him in the marshes at dawn and then he will perform the ritual. I've heard there is a glitch with a mudcrab, he is around the destination you can't miss him kill it and enjoy not being a vampire lol.

I forgot to add how you feed. You feed at night while people are sleeping. When you try and use the pickpocket option it will give you the option to feed. Thank God there is youtube thats how I found it.

Remove all your armour or clothing so you're quieter or have clothing or other items enchanted to enhance sneak, potions can help too.

i just prayed at shrine of talos in Markarth..... hopefully i'm cured now. lol.
