Vanishing Eyebrows

So it seems it has returned the handy dandy vanishing eyebrows.

Problem: Eyebrow mesh disappears when you select a beard type.

Solution: Add Eyebrows to all the beard options. Also add in eye brows the the clean shaven option.

ETA: Soon as they release the GECK for NV I'll make the Mod to fix Eyebrows....again.
