Hello, I am experiencing trouble starting the main story quest 'A cornered rat'. I have spoken to Delphine as much as possible about it but whenever I speak to Vekel the Man, the option to talk about anything to do with Edbern(? that may be wrong) even though I know where he is. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.
