I am trying to get daggerfall to work and am following the instruction given in the sticky, but i am having problems with the installation. Once i click install a whole bunch of crazy looking text characters come up and then the installation starts, but when i look in the status windo it says Warning: file creation failed: c\games\dagger\install.exe and a whole bunch more of them. And then, when i look in the games folder in dosbox, where the rest of the files should be placed, there is nothing there. If it helps, im running vista 32 bit. That might be why it isnt working, i dod it just fine on XP about a year ago following the same exact guide.

Please help if possible, and thanks for you time.

If you're using Vista you need to give DOSBox admin rights.
