Uh, so yeah. My favorite book in Oblivion is The Beggar Prince. I'd like to hear other responses.

Although it deals with (and first appeared in) Morrowind, it did show up in TES IV, so I have always preferred http://www.til.gamingsource.net/obbooks/2920.shtml. It's quite a nice read.

2920 is also my favorite piece of literature. It is a very good read, and you learn some things about the world. Plus, it has Tsaesci.

2920 series,
The Horror of Castle Xyr,
and one which's name I can't remember at the moment. Something about a girl and a man hunting for a secret treasure...

I'm quite fond of the book series dealing with Eslaf Erol. You know, "Beggar", "Thief", and so on.

I like how the people's names are all something backwards in those. False Lore and so on.

I don't know about the Oblivion Books because i've only read one or two originals from it, but if you include Morrowind, then my absolute favorite is the Poison Song series

I simply cant read long books about boring adventurers, I like short books about useful lore. My favourite books are "Darkest Darkness", "Fundaments of Alchemy", "Tamrielic Lore" and "Manual of Arms".
