Ok, Azura's sphere is essentially the times of day when you can see Aetherius and Oblivion "evenly" in the sky. I've ALSO http://www.imperial-library.info/fsg/tsbasiliskarticle2.shtml... Is this because of the fact that her sphere is dusk and dawn? Or some other BS?

I can't help but feel like this is a dumb question....

Oh. "Static change" is found in the http://www.imperial-library.info/mwbooks/lessons.shtml#21, but it refers to the Striking than Azura. (I have no idea what it means though.)

" That is the reptile wheel, coiled potential, ever-preamble to the never-action"

Potential to action, which never comes. Lorkhan had to force them into it, otherwise they would never move, just like they're doing now. Musing: It's talking about the aedra, who are about ideals, not actions, even those that concern actions (like Stendarr). On a different track, their actions are writ in myth, and certainly static.
