Elsweyr at night

If a game in the series was to feature Elsweyr in it, would most the Khajiit activety be done at night? Would town and shops be more alive at night? I am thinking that Khajiit can see equally as good in the dark and the cool evening air could prove to be more of a comfort to them than the heat of the day.

It would be neat to play a game where most of the activity goes on at night rather than the day.
I wonder how vampires would work then.

They may need to be more like Morrowind's vampires, where they're easy to spot and only some people are so much as indifferent.
