10% damage is useless? what in samhill are you smoking? cause I want some of that :/. with both the perks in your hand, not only do you have a 10% increase on any human being, but able to bypass some moments in new vegas, while having a good laugh. Bloody mess is opinionated, but with a 5% increase, 4% with lvl.3 Lord Death, +5% with Living Anatomy perk, and finally with Thought You had Died Perk, you get 34% increase damage on any living human being, basically making any raider, Fiend, Legionaire, NCR Veteran, Brotherhood Paladin a easy breeze in killing.
hell, after Old World blues, the 40% damage increase against Cazadors is lovely, along with the Bug Stomper (+10%), Lord Death and Bloody Mess (+9%) and thought you had Died (+10%) you got 69% against them damn bugs. awesome, no?

Posted: Thu Dec 15, 2011 10:31 pmI mean what those little % would not help me a lot such as other perk i can select instead of that low % of damage,and bloody mess breaks the realisty too much,you can shoot the leg and all body parts explode,i dont like it :/
