Good afternoon. Every time I fast travel, I can't use my mouse icon to switch weapons, save the game, etc. I can bring up the pip boy and menu just fine, but clicking on the weapons or options doesn't do anything. The only mods I have on the game are the retexture mod and a perks per level mod. I have played the game before and this is a fresh install, so I may need to reinstall or confirm the files through steam, but I wanted to check here first. Thanks.
