Cant load mods (excepted with NVES) - Fallout NV

my game crash and I have to reboot the PC. After that, the game refuse to start. 2 problems:
1) APLICATION LOAD ERROR 5:0000065434
and this too
2) Error Code: 80 (this is a steam error)
I started to click on anything ahead, trying anything randomly. In the meantime, Steam updated, it said I was not a registered computer and a password sent by the computer. I made a "new" Registration and suddenly he reinstalled NV ..... I do not know why. Ok, now the game is working.
But I can only play with mods with the nvse_loader.exe.
If I load through the 4GB or at Steam, the mods do not appear.
What I've tried:
1) google. I not found a satisfactory solution.
2) reinstalled the 4GB. To no avail.
Does anyone know what could be?
getNVSEversion fails in the 4GB loader. So, they are not working together.
