Just name one of each or a list for all I care.

Love:

-Guns, guns and more guns.
-More Companions.
-Factions that pay attention to you.

Hate:

-There is two different types of damage per weapon (Total Damage/Damage per shot), why can't there be just one total damage.
-No Armored Vault 21 Suit (Armored Vault 13 Suit DOESN'T count).

love:

the animal friend perk. a true milestone.

the option of wearing faction clothing for disguise. would've been better if it'd worked better though :-)

hate:

the whole ammo crafting bs. good for gun nuts only. should've been optional.

invisible walls e-ve-ry-where!!

not exactly hate, but would prefer just not:

1 follower limit

the total lack of rides (no cars ok, but what's wrong with, say, a ridable brahmin?)

Weapon mods, proper pump-action shotguns, different ammo types, companions :happy:

Faction armor, monster enforced starting sequence (yes, i know it can be avoided), and the invisible walls :meh:

Love:

That one character cannot do everything(some quest choices cause you to fail other quests).

Hate:

KIllcam. Try going into Vault 34 with a couple of companions and the killcam turned on. :yuck:

Probably the only thing I don't like is the invisible walls.

I'll climb halfway up a ridgeline and then hit one even though the rocks haven't gotten any bigger. Oh well, guess I'll have to go around the long way....

Kinda surprised invisible walls hold number 1 spot. Those are supposed to be there for a reason, why should we billy goat a mountain when we should do it THE RIGHT WAY.

Love: The followers. Most have great personalities and stories to explore.

Hate: Ammo variations. I know many people love this aspect, but for me, switching ammo is such a pain I never do it.

Love:

Cowboy & Grunt perks (to make lesser used weapons more viable, especially my old west faves revolvers)

Much more memorable companions

Much more involved and varied quests and factions

FNV in general (I played fallout3 through once. FNV? I've lost count. The perks and gear allow you to play such different characters, the replay value is absurd--and quite lovely.)

Hate:

Invisible walls

Bad VATS targetting when enemies are really close. IE missing 5 shots at 95% point blank range vs Nightstalkers.

Targeting Nighstalkers' heads is bugged, you need to aim at the torso. Just like it's impossible to hit gas bombs Ghost People are holding.

Also, the abundance of bullets. Ammo should be a lot harder to come back just as electric gun ammo is.

Factions that actually acknowledge you exist.

Companions with personalities.

Many different types of guns and ammo.

Many places to live. (Novac, Lucky 38, etc.)

Good quality DLC.

Nightkin.

Hate:

Caesar's Legion.

The orange/brown lighting.
