2nd valentine mission trouble

I am currently trying to do the 2nd mission for valentine where you have to meet him in Diamond City, when i enter his room he starts to talk his assistant. Then nothing happens, is anybody else having this issue or able to help with this?

Is that the part where he asks you to take a seat? Do you sit down and nothing happens?

I am not sure as he doesnt say a word to me. I will try sitting down when i attempt again and see what happens thanks
