[RELz] Less Urban Noise
Posted: Tue Jan 19, 2016 7:57 pmThis small plugin reduces the random pvssyr noise quite a bit in Freeside and the Lucky38 section of the strip. I had to make it out of necessity because it was driving me nuts. I've finally gotten to uploading it. Hope you enjoy!
