It's probably going to be midnight or later West Cost time, like it was for every other DLC.

They don't always release it at 12:01am sharp.
I remember one time I had to wait until 4:00pm for DLC to be released.

so for you, about 3-4 more hours, assuming it's all released at the same time world wide.

I know how you feel, but after waiting up for all of the Fallout 3 dlc, this is nothing new.

By the way, who decides this, Microsoft, Bethesda or Obsidian?

Would like to know whether I'll get to play it today (It's 7am in sweden) or tomorrow.

Well, most of the DLC released around 4:00-5:00 AM here in East Coast U.S.A.

Which means like 8 or 9 am here in sweden then.
Meh, will still not have time to play it.

I'm thinking it's Microsoft, since it's on the west cost of the USA, and it's usually around midnight there when this stuff comes up.

I'm off until 3 days after New Years. I love my life.

I won't even play this DLC right when I download it. I still got tons of questing to to for my Legion character, and build him up so he can take on the DLC gotta get to Vegas and put things into motion. Then after all that is said and done I'm taking my standard issue legion machete to Sierra Madre and hacking up some ghost people.

So it seems like the consensus is between two dividing lines. 12-3am or late in the day.

Xbox LIVE Marketplace is always updated early in the morning. I don't know what time exactly, but I've seen (and purchased) new content as early as 7 am PST.

The PlayStation Store, on the other hand, is updated whenever the hell they feel like it. Anywhere from noon to 10 PM.

Still not available on xbox live.

Estimated U.K time anyone? i remember it being around 10-11 am for all fallout 3 dlc except PLO.

Im guessing 3 am my time, which is only 15 mins away.

Something interesting theres an ad for dead money on The Vault wiki, when you click it it takes you to xbox.com but says that its being edited. May not be anything but they could be in the process of putting it on the market place.
