A quick question about Health/Endurance

Ok I'm wondering how much health do you gain per level as I'm trying to figure it out and its kinda confusing. I know its based on Endurance but I'm not sure how to figure it out.

As far as I've perceived, you gain 30 Health per Level independent of Endurance. Endurance only decides your starting amount of Health, or raises it if you get the Implant.

Endurance is supposed to give you more or less Health at each level up, based on what your Endurance is.
Here is the formula from FO3 and other earlier games:

However the formula for New Vegas is missing (or it's the same)
About the only thing I have found a high Endurance is useful for is to unlock some related Perks, and to get Implants in the game to increase SPECIAL and other things.
