Traits:Four eyes and wild wasteland just for fun.

Tag skills:Energy Weapons,Explosives and Science (?)

Okay so this is what i have so far, im not too sure about perks yet if anyone has any sugestions or changes they would make it would be appreciated.

Fast Shot or Loose Cannon would do better than Four eyes.
I would have tag Lockpick and put points in explosive once I got a grenade launch or something.
