I formated my computer after i already installed the game and i used the serial code... now after i formated it i cant use the serial again.. it saids its already used..
anything i can do?

In the future, uninstall the game before doing something like reformatting - this will deactivate the serial to allow it to be used again. But for now, EA customer support should be able to help you with this.
