To kill a pro you should become a pro ... We call some perks/weapons nooby weapons because they give huge advantage to their user, lets say Laser can make the weapon with no recoil at all while it's user can shoot from hip on the move all the time, in close combat it's devastating weapon ... not all weapons are nooby in C3 tho, for sure Rhino, aa lvl 50, laser, pole, bow are all nooby weapons cause it's 1 hit kill on target without auto armor.
