XP is only awarded on ranked servers.
All of the official ranked servers are running DLC maps.
If the server goes to a DLC map and you don't have the DLC, you get booted.

Is this weekend about building up the community, fixing the problems in Crysis 2, or generating goodwill between the players and the developers? No. It's about kicking players from servers until they get fed up enough to buy the DLC.

Physical examination classified me as T5 - I am unusable and they won't ever contact me again.
(Just as info: T1 is fully usable, T2 partly, T3 doesn't exist, T4 is "currently unusable" and T5 unusable, T6 "fully usuable on reserve")

So much for that idea.


Also - the K-Volt is a effing PAINTBALL-GUN (or at least it's based on it accoring to its background) but clearly fun as hell to use. Maybe I can unlock mine this weekend.

They were running the maps for us PC users after they went on sale, but I guess they weren't too popular. I checked just now and there were only a few servers running DLC maps, with no players on them.

This Double XP weekend is great!

I think it was done to encourage more players to get back online? Do you think they have announced this weekend on Xbox Live otherwise no-one is going to know! As long as we can get into games, have more than 1 bars and the host migrates for once then we will actually get xp

If your going to play roughly about 65+ IA games a day to get 800k xp on this Double Weekend then perhaps you need a social life?

At roughly 6k an IA game (considering skill assessment bonuses) and you win, you would need to play 67 games (12k a game, because of double xp times 67 = 800k). 67 games at roughly 8 mins each because of the time between each games = 9 hours of gaming a day! loool

This is not a troll, I'm genuinely concerned for your health and well-being.

Lmao get off my nuts, every time you quote me you have nothing positive or constructive to say. From now on just ignore everything I post and pretend I'm not even here.

By the way 99% of my IA games will last between 4-5 mins max unless it's a huge map. I would hate for it to take me 8 mins to get 25 kills. Thats probably how long it takes you to get 14,15,16 kills when you come third or fourth every round of IA LOL.

Actually the reason I posted was so that he/Crytek do not assume everyone in let's say the top 250 are boosters and overlook them when tracking XP.

You must of thought I was just bragging because your simple mind couldn't read between the lines.

If you read what I said, I said that it would take roughly 8 mins because of the time between games...

you know the searching for new sessions, waiting for the vote, waiting for the game to load up and then the 15 second countdown your looking at 8 mins a game. Even if I am out a minute or something, who gives a s**t you still practically playing it all day!

Also I never lose on IA ever... NEVER EVER.... except if I join mid-game and they have 15+ kills.
