When I played Crysis 2 i noticed that the controls or the "looking around" is a bit laggy.
Do you think so, too?
Could it be because it's still a demo?
It'd be great if i could get answers

i noticed that to, but i saw a video on youtube when IGN talked about it. And thay said that they thinks Crytek are going to fix that

Well the team was inquiring on the forums about the heaviness/laggy controls so perhaps it a sign they will fix that. I found the controls to be heavy as well during the 360 demo. It simply wasn't responsive enough (HALO and CoD have much better twitch controls).
