Where 2 find Strong?

Here is a question that I hope will get a quick answer: where do I find Strong so that I can get to try to get him as companion? (A quick search of this forum yielded a lot on Strong but not his initial location.) As usual, thanks, in advance, for the help. regards, RC

Trinity Tower. There is a radio signal (when you are in the general vacinity) which should give you a quest to go up there.

YOu should be able to pick up the Radio Signal around DC.

I thought the OP knew this and was looking for Strong after he had disappeared...
Was gonna report that I cross paths with him every now and then, usually around downtown Boston, sometimes near Boston Common.
But, yes - he's incarcerated at first, way up in the sky, until you rescue him and the Shakespeare guy!
Listen for their call for help on the radio once you get close to the tall downtown skyscraqers.
